We aim to provide you with the best possible shipping experience while ensuring quality delivery of your products.

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

During high order volume periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped out immediately.

SHIPPING TIME

Estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 7–15 business days
  • Other international locations: 10–20 business days

These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to customs delays, carrier delays, or other external factors.

SHIPPING COSTS

We may offer free shipping or charge a shipping fee depending on promotions or product pricing.

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly shown at checkout before payment.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 2–5 days for tracking information to become available.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

Veluna is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country.

These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

DELAYED OR LOST PACKAGES

While we work with reliable shipping partners, delays can sometimes occur.

Veluna is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers or customs
  • Packages marked as delivered but not received
  • Lost packages due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this time, the order may already be processed and cannot be changed.
